After completing my studies in sports science at the German Sport University Cologne, I developed success strategies as a coach in the 1st Men's Division of the German National Basketball League. During this time, I continued my education in the fields of supervision, coaching and sports psychology. As part of this, I completed my group dynamic psychoanalytical supervision training (DGSv). I have been working as a supervisor and coach for fifteen years and since 2016 I have been furthering my education as a trainer for group dynamics (DGGO).

Following my career as a professional sports coach, I am happy to have found a new field of work that is equally exciting. I approach people and teams with joy, curiosity and appreciation in their development processes and support them contextually in reflecting on work processes in the interaction between people, roles and organizational structures to find new solutions together.

My clients include companies and service providers, private and public health and social institutions, the aviation industry, the energy industry, foundations and non-profit organizations as well as Olympic and Paralympic sports associations.

I am also happy to provide consulting in English.
