I combine strategic thinking with process awareness, enhanced by a touch of creativity and humor – and a keen eye for the ingredients you bring to the table.

My diverse (professional) experience has sharpened my perspective on various organizational forms: from serving on the federal board of a youth association to co-creating a cooperative, and my many years as an adult educator in international political education. My broad background allows me to understand and support organizational dynamics from multiple angles.

My consulting approach is rooted in Theme-Centered Interaction and enriched by systemic, theatrical, and group-pedagogical methods. As a certified sociocracy facilitator, I bring specialized expertise to organizations looking to reshape their collaboration models.

I work with teams and leaders across a wide range of contexts – from education to clubs and associations, church institutions, and political organizations.
